         104^th session of China Import and Export Fair

China Import and Export Fair, also called Canton Fair, is held twice a year in Spring and Autumn since it was inaugurated in the Spring of 1957. It is China's largest trade fair of the highest level, of the most complete varieties and of the largest attendance and business turnover. Preserving its traditions, the Fair is a comprehensive and multi-functional event of international importance.

Fifty Trading Delegations, being composed of thousands of China's best foreign trade corporations (enterprises) with good credibility and sound financial capabilities, take part in the Fair, including foreign trade companies, factories, scientific research institutions, foreign invested enterprises, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, private enterprises, etc.

The Fair leans to export trade, though import business is also done here. Apart from the above-mentioned, various types of business activities such as economic and technical co operations and exchanges, commodity inspection, insurance, transportation, advertising, consultation, etc. are also carried out in flexible ways. Business people from all over the world are gathering in Guangzhou, exchanging business information and developing friendship.

 Phase 2 October 24 to 28th in 2008

Kitchenware & Tableware, General Ceramics, Article ceramics, Home Decoration, Glass Artware, Festival Products, Toys, Gifts and Premiums, Clocks ,Watches and Optical Instruments, Household Items, Tools in personal use, Toiletries, Wickerwork Articles, Furniture, Horticultural(gardening) Products, Stone and Iron Products (outdoor).

Phase 3 November 2 to 6th in 2008

Men and Women’s Clothes, Underwear, Sports and Casual Wear, Kid’s Wear, Garments decoration and spare parts, Furs, Leathers Downs and Related Products, Textile Raw Materials and Fabrics, Fashion Accessories, Shoes, Cases and Bags, Carpets and Tapestries, Home Textiles, Office Supplies, Native Produce, Food, Medicine and Health Products, Sports, Travel and Recreation Products, Medical Devices, Disposables and Dressing, Tour, Equipment and Casual Goods.
